Group/Centre Activities

Emerald Home & Community Care assists you to take part in group-based community activities of your choice within a centre. These activities help you to engage in social and recreational activities within a community setting. It enables you to build interpersonal skills, get connected to socialise and make friendship with the group members. Based on your goals in the NDIS plan, individual capacity to undertake and the allocated fund for these activities, our experienced support workers are ready to find and bring you the group-based community activities of your needs and choices to maintain joyous and fulfilling life.
